What we collect

Tool usage

When you use our calculators and assessment tools, you enter information about your employment situation. This data is not stored. It is processed in your browser or sent to our AI analysis service for a one-time calculation. We do not retain the inputs you provide.

Email address

If you choose to save your results, we ask for your email address. This is the only personal data we collect. We use it to send your results and, if you consent, periodic guidance related to your employment situation. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with UK GDPR, PECR, and the EU ePrivacy Directive. We see aggregate data about page views and traffic sources, not individual user activity.

How we use your data

• To send your saved results to your email address
• To send you guidance related to your employment situation (if you consent)
• To improve our tools based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share your email address with our email service provider (for sending results and communications) and, only with your explicit consent, with solicitor firms you choose to be connected with.
